Claim State Indicator

Click on the Button to review the client settings for the Claim State Indicator:

Select from the following for the accounts under this client:

Disable Claim State Indicator for Claims Under this Client - No indicator will be displayed for the claims under this client.
Enable Status Range Claim State Indicator For this Client - Enable this option for to display the indicator based on status ranges set in the Claim State Indicator settings. This option will also turn on the Claim State Indicator based on MaxConditions.
Enable Special Process Claim State Indicator For this Client - Enable this to show custom or interface related state indicators for claims for this client. This options will be rarely used.

Note: These options will just enable or disable the Claim State Indicator, you setup the Claim State Indicator. See Claim State Indicator.

Click the button to set the Claim State Indicator Settings. Your staff may need to exit CollectMax to see the indicators the first time.
